Heimburger Construction Company LLC is our name, new construction is our game! We specialize in the building of new construction, particularly custom homes. As we like to say, big or small, we can build it all.

Sometimes it is the things that you cannot see that are most important to the quality of your home. Some of the things we do on every house are:

*A state of the art drain tile system underneath your foundation to ensure that water is properly drained away from the home

*Plastic sheeting is put over the entire basement floor before it is poured to add a vapor barrier to your basement

*Waterproofing sealant is applied around the entire foundation to further ensure that your home keeps any rain water out.

*Backfill with rock around the entire perimeter of the foundation to further ensure proper drainage of water away from the walls of the home

*Black corrugated tubing is attached to all downspouts and ran to the perimeter of the yard. That means that when it rains all of the water coming off your house is being diverted as far away from the home as possible, thus keeping pressure off your basement walls and preventing leaks.

In our homes we also use engineered floor joists, high efficiency heating and cooling products, 6 panel doors and Simonton Windows. We also screw down , versus nailing, our floor sheeting. This is in order to provide superior stability, and to keep “creaking” floors to a minimum.

We pride ourselves on the fact that we do things at no cost that other builders call “an extra”. Thus, as part of our per-square foot price, we do tile in the kitchen and baths, and plaster all interior walls. We also insulate, drywall, and plaster the garage walls. Couple all of this with the fact that we only use the highest quality of materials, from concrete to lumber to windows and doors.
