The best compliment you can give is a referral. At Heimburger Construction Co LLC, we welcome all referrals whether from past customers or real estate agents.

Past Heimburger Customers: If you build a house with us and refer a friend to build a home with us, who is going to be a first time customer of Heimburger Construction Company LLC, we will give you $500.00 upon the final closing of your friend’s home.

The following terms and conditions apply to the past customer referral program:

Potential buyers must mention the past customer who is referring them upon the first meeting with Heimburger Construction. Program is void if there is a realtor commission and or any other commission to be paid by Heimburger Construction Company LLC.

Heimburger Construction Company LLC reserves the right to alter or terminate this referral program at any time without further notice. However, if a potential buyer has been submitted and you and the buyer have otherwise complied with all of these conditions, you will be paid the referral fee even though the program is discontinued prior to closing.

For Real Estate Agents: If you bring us a customer that builds a custom home with us, you will be paid 2.8% upon closing of that home.

Heimburger Construction Company LLC reserves the right to alter or terminate this referral program at any time without further notice.
